When you call, text, or submit a form to request service, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, property address, and details about the service you're requesting.

How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry, including automated text replies when we miss your call
• To provide quotes, schedule appointments, and send service reminders
• To follow up on completed work, including review requests

SMS / text messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with us — for example, a missed-call reply, a quote, or an appointment reminder. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for help.

Data sharing

We don't sell your information. We use Twilio and Supabase as service providers to send messages and store your information securely on our behalf — they don't use your data for their own marketing purposes.
